At Red Jacket Transport, we prioritize a personalized and precise pickup experience. Clients are required to specify their desired pickup time at the airport. While we monitor flight statuses to ensure timely service, pickups are not automatically adjusted based on flight arrival times.

Domestic Flights: We recommend allowing a 45-minute window following your flight's arrival to collect luggage and manage personal needs.

International Flights: For international flights, a 60-minute window is recommended to handle customs, baggage retrieval, and to manage personal needs.

Please designate your pickup time considering these factors to ensure a smooth and stress-free continuation of your trip.

Non-Airport Pickups:

  • Red Jacket Transport offers a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled non-airport pickup time. If this period is exceeded, our driver will attempt to contact you. In the event you have not met your driver within 5 minutes of our driver’s call/text, the trip will be considered cancelled.

To facilitate effective communication, please ensure your contact details are up-to-date and accessible on your travel day.

At Red Jacket Transport, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate your needs, we offer the following flexible modification policy:

  • Changes to your booking are free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. This includes adjustments to pickup times, locations, or any other booking details.
  • To modify your reservation, please contact us by calling or texting 281-305-8767, or by emailing [email protected]. Our team is here to assist you in ensuring your transportation arrangements meet your requirements.

We encourage you to make any necessary modifications as early as possible to guarantee the best possible service.

At Red Jacket Transport, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure this, the following cancellation policy is in effect:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to manage our scheduling efficiently.

  • Red Jacket Transport reserves the right to use a preferred vendor if its own vehicles are unavailable.
  • Red Jacket Transport reserves the right to add extra charges for repair or cleaning whenever such services are required as a result of customer use or abuse.
  • Red Jacket Transport is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.
  • Red Jacket Transport assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged articles left in or nearby our vehicles.
